  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    1. Standard Delivery: Dispatched and Delivered within 3-5 working days. 2. Next Day Delivery: Dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day for orders placed by 4pm. 3.International Delivery: 5 to 12 working days and might take up to 25 working days depending on the location. Please note that during exceptional circumstances, delivery times may vary.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RULES?
    Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent loss of product in transit. Clumic Beauty will not be liable for any loss due to wrong or incomplete information.
  • WHAT'S YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
    Returns and exchanges of online purchases are available if there is damage(s) on the product(s) or the wrong product(s) is shipped, which has been reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not, we are here to support you. We’re happy to exchange or process a refund for damaged or faulty products reported within 48 hours of receiving the products and returned to us within 14 working days of receiving the product. Unfortunately returns and exchanges cannot be offered after this period. Please contact us by emailing support@clumicbeauty.com for the returns process. Please note that the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return/exchange. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that in some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the damaged product for return to be processed.
  • HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
    Refunds will be processed as soon as the return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 7 working days. Payment will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days after processing and approving the refund. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7 working days for the payment to show in your statement.
  • ARE THE PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
    We believe that beauty should be cruelty free, which is why we don't test (and never will) on animals. Instead, each product is tested by volunteers who share their skin’s reaction after testing and provide their subjective evaluation – both are taken into account when refining the formula. The products go through several testing phases and processes. The formulation process begins after checking the guidelines from ingredient suppliers about recommended usage and concentration for each ingredient. Sometimes, we even test several hundreds of samples to decide on the best formula. After a product is created, it is tested in a laboratory by measuring various physical and chemical properties, determining stability and expiration date, as well as studying and defining standards for storage. In accordance with law, the product is tested by a qualified Chemist to ensure it complies with safety and consistency tests. We also send the items to external labs to make sure that the chosen preservatives work well throughout the validity period.
